The Baja Ballroom can host a banquet for 280 people, a standing reception for 500, classroom for 270 people or U-shape for 100 Executives. Adjacent to the ballroom is our Foyer with pre-function set-up space.
The adjacent Cactus Ballroom can be divided four ways, totaling an area half the size of the spacious Baja Ballroom. It is connected to the Group Business Center and surrounds the Oasis Garden. A full range of catering menus are available.
Experience more meeting options than any other hotel in the area with our new Bugambilias Ballroom. It can be used as one large room that can accommodate 160 people banquet or 25 table top exhibits. Or you can choose to use it as four breakouts of 20 U-shape.

The Ballroom Under the Stars, overlooking the Sea of Cortez, provides a high-style feel to a final-night celebration for up 450 people, finished off with dancing. Groups often recognize their attendees with amazing lighting projection on the hotel itself. The Bugambilias Terrace, facing the Arch of the hotel, provides a warm glow with a fire pit to watch fireworks shoot from an adjacent mountain top.
