How many rooms does your hotel have?
We have 45 rooms.

Which room(s) would you recommend for the wedding night or honeymoon and what is special
about it?
Our suite, overlooking the river and the forest has 100 m2 and offers a spacious lounge, and a bedroom area. Its bathroom has a Jacuzzi overlooking the garden. It has a very pampered and elegant decor with a mix of antiques and contemporary furniture.

When has the hotel been built?
2009

If a couple would spend 7 nights and days during their honeymoon in your hotel -
which touristic attractions / excursions in your surroundings would you recommend most?
· Visiting historical downtown of Santiago de Compostela (World Heritage City). Old town, Cathedral, Museums, Monuments, Parks and Gardens, Gastronomy, Shopping
· Cidade da Cultura in Santiago de Compostela
· Visiting the coast. Sailing is also available at our hotel.
Noya
Noia is 36 kilometres from the city of Santiago de Compostela. One of its main attractions is the old town itself. Take a gentle stroll around the town to discover its history through its old houses, Baroque palaces and galleries. Its most famous monuments have an unusual Gothic style, known as "Maritime Gothic". Of these we should mention Santa María la Nueva Church, home to the largest collection of gravestones of the guild and nobility from the Middle Ages and the Modern Age. Other interesting buildings are the San Francisco and San Martín Churches. The latter has a façade with an interesting rose window and sculptures.
Castro de Barona
In a place of incomparable beauty, the Castro de Barona (Celtic construction) is located on a small rocky peninsula separated from the mainland by a sandy isthmus which appears as the first defensive walls.
Dunas de Corrubedo
National Park called, "Complexo Dunar de Corrubedo e Lagoas de Carregal e Vixan". This park is quite well known and features a massive mobile dune over 1km in length which has a boardwalk (about 3/4 a mile long) leading to one section of a large beach which makes up the primary part of the park.

In general, November, December, January and February

Can you tell us something about the options and capacities to have a wedding reception
(and maybe the wedding dancing party as well) in your hotel and / or in another venue without
hotel beds in your surroundings?
The approximate capacity is over 200 people. Usually we use our gardens (depending on the weather) for the cocktail.

Is it possible to have a legal and / or ceremonial wedding at your property (or at a special
place in your surroundings)? If yes - can you tell us about some details?
It is posible to have a ceremonial Wedding at our property. Depending on the weather, we would use different places; always with a high level of décor and where attention to detail.
There are many churches surrounging our hotel to have a religious wedding; Santiago de Compostela cathedral, Santa Maria de Sar,…

What else is special about your property?
The fact of having a countryside ambience within the city; in a residential area. The forest, gardens and river that surround our building.An XVIII century building located in a historical city with a natural surroundings. Décor and details are always very present in our arrangements and options. Our passion for detail, together with or pampered décor is one of our values. Quality of food; Galicia (our region) is famous for fish, seafood and meat and our proposals of menus are a combination of traditional Galician food with a careful presentation. The spa: The Spa at A Quinta da Auga is a unique haven that combines the Occidental tradition of hydrotherapy with the Oriental tradition of touch therapies in order to achieve the optimum equilibrium of the mind, body, spirit of each of our clients. We have a wide range of beauty treatments for brides and wedding guests.
