The Wedding-Heptathlon world ranking and the 7 event level 

 The Wedding-Heptathlon world ranking (please see www.weddingparadises.com/ranking.htm )
is easy to explain. The points follow this simple logic:
1.) Guaranteed points for each participation are " 7 " multiplied with the level of the event).
2.) The places 1 - 4 provide an additional multiplication:
place 4: multiplication of the guaranteed points with "2"
place 3: multiplication of the guaranteed points with "3"
place 2: multiplication of the guaranteed points with "4"
place 1: multiplication of the guaranteed points with "5"

Example: 245 points for the world champion = Basic points 7 x Level 7 x 5 (place 1). 7x7x5 = 245
