In which year did you start your wedding planning business and which reasons made you start working in this job?
We started Elegant Flair in 2008. We have always loved planning events and had planned hundreds of events when we decided to branch out on my own.

Do you work alone or in a team?
Elegant Flair is a business partnership with both wedding planning and wedding decorating aspects. Wendy is the Wedding Planner. Heather is the designer.

In which languages can you take care of your customers?
English, Spanish, and Korean

What are the main regions where you are planning weddings?
Idaho and Hawaii

What are your personal favourites regarding:
a) a location for a destination wedding in your home region?
Tamarack. It’s a ski resort in Idaho. It’s having financial problems at the current time but you can still have a beautiful ceremony at the top of the mountain.
b) a location for a destination wedding in the rest of the world?
Waimanalo Beach Park on Oahu, HI. It’s free, beautiful, and does not have the crowding of Waikiki beaches.
c) a location for a wedding reception in your home region?
Barber Park Events Facility, Boise, ID
It’s large windows overlook large trees outside. There are also 2 fireplaces inside.

Have you organised weddings for prominent people?
We’ve done a wedding at a prominent person’s house, but I to respect their privacy, I cannot say who.

Have you organised weddings for couples from outside your country?
Yes, couples from Asia, Bosnia, India, Jamaica, Basque Country, Pakistan. Most of our couples are from the United States

Which strengths of your company would you like to mention?
We value each wedding as a unique event. We only book one event per day. We pride ourselves in personal attention and service. Our clients feel special, not like another number.
